Job description :
Lead, produce, and automate—using AI—the CRM campaigns that engage our three user segments across all our markets.
2026 is a pivotal year: international acceleration, exploration of new markets, corporate refinancing, and an ambitious long-term Business Plan. It is within this context that we are reinforcing our CRM team.
CRM is at the core of our conversion and retention strategy. We target three segments—leads, active members, and former members—through global and local campaigns via email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app banners.
Our model is evolving: a decline in email in favor of conversational channels, campaign automation, and workflow optimization through AI, along with growing pressure on lead flows. This position was created to drive this evolution and turn it into a lever for business performance.
The Mission:
Engage our 3 HomeExchange user segments through an effective, data-driven, and AI-amplified global multichannel campaign strategy (email, SMS, push, banner). The job holder is responsible for the strategy, creation, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement of CRM campaigns across all our markets.
This role works in tandem with the Automation team on trigger campaigns and manages an apprentice/intern as well as a freelance CRM specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing the global & local editorial calendar (Phase 1)
Lead rituals and define CRM communication needs with the Brand, Product, Happiness, Growth teams and local markets.
Define the 3-month editorial calendar, factoring in seasonality, Marketing and Product news, business objectives, and conversion performance.
Collaborate with the Lifecycle Strategists to define the promotional strategy and orchestrate promotional activations.
Produce and distribute guidelines: Tone of Voice, design, validation process, and targeting.
2. Production of global campaigns (Phase 1)
Define and produce multi-channel campaign content, applying brand Tone of Voice and channel guidelines (email, SMS, push, in-app banners).
Define the targeting and business objective for each campaign.
Set up campaigns in email / push / in-app via Iterable, as well as WhatsApp and SMS, in line with testing and validation processes.
Build a testing roadmap, design and run structured A/B tests to improve our KPIs (open rate, CVR, conversion, churn).
3. Automation & AI applied to CRM (Phase 2)
We're looking for someone who uses AI as an operational lever.
Identify opportunities to boost the efficiency of our workflows to speed up campaign production and implementation: on-the-fly creative variants, multi-market localization and translation, hyper-local campaigns, personalization of subject lines and preheaders, predictive scoring, etc.
Prototype concrete AI workflows (copy assistants, segment generation, automated performance summaries), test them, and scale them up.
Maintain ongoing market and tech watch and a monthly experimentation agenda.
Identify automation opportunities across the customer journey and co-build them with the Automation team.
4. Performance management & reporting
Track, analyze, and challenge CRM performance; lead monthly reviews.
Define areas for improvement, prioritize levers, and champion them with local teams.
Contribute to defining CRM objectives and to budget tracking for the Campaign pillar.
Candidate Profile:
Must-Haves
4 to 5 years of experience in multichannel CRM within an international or multi-market environment (ideally B2C scale-up).
Hands-on mastery of a CRM tool (Iterable, Braze, Customer.io, or equivalent) along with segmentation logic, workflows, and A/B testing.
Strong editorial judgment: you write well, your spelling is flawless (FR and EN), and you have a clear perspective on what makes a great campaign.
Business & analytics mindset: you don’t test based on gut feeling; you prioritize according to business KPIs.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Differentiators for this role
Curiosity and continuous learning—CRM moves fast; we are looking for someone who lifts the team up.
Strong and demonstrated passion for AI—proven track record of high-impact use cases, regular use of ChatGPT, Claude, or similar, and integrated AI features within a CRM tool.
A drive to build rather than just operate: you automate repetitive tasks to spend more time on strategy and innovation.
Ease in coordinating multiple stakeholders: Local, Brand, Growth, Product, and Data teams.
Valued Soft Skills
Rigor and attention to detail.
Autonomy, initiative, proactivity—you take initiative and move forward without waiting to be pushed.
Team spirit and strong coordination skills—you work well with a wide variety of profiles.
Stack & Tools:
CRM: Iterable (email & push), CM.com (SMS).
Analytics: Omni, Tableau.
AI: Access to LLMs (Claude, GPT) and integrated AI features in Iterable.
Collaboration: Notion, Slack, Figma, Google Workspace.e.
